Shiloh, Dakota, & Grindel

These three special dogs quickly found their way into my heart during the three weeks that I was privileged enough to care for them.  I visited them three times a day while their daddy recuperated from surgery.  Sweet Shiloh, a golden retriever, greeted me every day with a favorite article of clothing!  She absolutely adored being massaged and having her hair brushed.  She always had a smile on her face!  Dakota, a golden/lab/hound mix, lived for me to come over and throw a ball for her for 30 minutes every day!  It was enjoyable for both of us. Grindel, a 14-year old Dachshund, needed eye meds three times a day due to complications from being blind.  She is a real sweetie, and I enjoyed holding her close to my heart as I carried her in and out of the house.  She got around quite well otherwise.
