About Us

Sue Jones is one of those people who truly loves and understands pets, feel this is her purpose in life, and that she is truly blessed to be working with animals. Sue has been a lifelong pet owner, has been a “foster mom” for cats and kittens for the Wisconsin Humane Society for over seven years and has completed a three-month volunteer opportunity in their veterinary department, and has been professionally caring for pets since February 2001.  "I know how I would want my pets to be cared for and I will treat yours just as well.  I understand how much your pets mean to you and I will do everything possible to ensure that their time away from you is a happy, and  healthy experience."
On 11/1/11, Sue temporarily moved to Rhinelander to care for aging parents and trained her son, Jason Jones, to take over the business until her return (in approximately a year). Jason recently received an honorable discharge from the United States Army where he was entrusted with "security clearance" and received medical training. Jason was trained personally by Sue in all facets of the petsitting business, so clients can be rest assured that they will receive the same high level of excellent service they always have. For your peace of mind, full insurance and bonding is carried. "I have a great love and respect for animals; am knowledgeable about their care; am trustworthy, reliable, and experienced; and will strive to keep clients satisfied and maintain the great reputation of I Care Petcare."

I am a proud member/director of the Professional Pet Sitters Association of Wisconsin (PPAW) and Pet Sitters Associates (insurance)
